BRIEF

Design an app for Samsung to share documents and information internally.

 
 
 

 
 

CHALLENGE

This app needed to house information for a number of different markets, which lead to a complicated UX challenge. The most difficult being what users could access what information and what potential journeys could arise between global and regional markets.

 
 


 
 
SOLUTION

To make the user journeys as clear as possible, I created an interactive user flow which allowed the client to click on each specific journey. This improved clarity of the product before design even started.
