BACKGROUND

Santander’s mobile banking app required streamlining to enhance the user experience and engagement. They needed the onboarding process to be secure, simple and quick. A requirement was for users to be able to apply for an account from the app itself. They wanted to see two variations; safe and something that pushed the envelope.
